Harbor Master Captain Nirmal de Silva says that no definite information has been revealed so far regarding the reports that the ship carrying the Chinese fertilizer has entered Sri Lankan waters.

The ship had entered Sri Lankan waters, according to naval data on the "Fleetmon" website.

However, it was not immediately clear from which port the ship arrived.

When Sri Lankan media inquired about this from Captain Nirmal de Silva stated that any ship could cross the Sri Lankan territorial waters.

However, the harbor master stated that the ship would not be accepted at the Sri Lankan port.

He further stated that the port authorities have paid special attention to this controversial ship.
