Thiru Nadesan, the husband of former minister Nirupama Rajapaksa, has appeared before the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption today (15) to make a statement regarding the controversial Pandora incident.
He arrived at the Bribery Commission at around 10.00 am and is still giving his statement, a spokesman said.
He appeared before the Bribery Commission last week as well and asked for more time to present the relevant documents to the investigators.
The Bribery Commisison launched an investigation into Nadesan and Rajapaksa after their names appeared in the Pandora Papers earlier this month.
Mr. Nadesan had first gone to the Bribery Commission on the 8th to make a statement regarding this incident
