Missing manager Donald Indrawansa has been unanimously suspended from the Sri Lanka Wrestling Federation.

Indrawansa 'disappeared' in Norway, where he accompanied a 6-member Sri Lanka team to the Wrestling World Championships.

The Association announced yesterday that the Manager of the Sri Lanka wrestling team, which was in Norway for the World Wrestling Championships, has 'gone missing'.

The sudden disappearance resembled the incident depicted in the movie "Machang" - the story of Sri Lanka's made-up Sri Lankan National Handball Team that vanished in 2004.

44 Sri Lankans have thus decamped after travelling to Norway for similar events.
