Well-known businessman and administrator Pradeep Gunawardena, the Chairman of Laksala and Salu Sala, passed away this morning due to COVID19.

He was receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Kothalawala Defence University Hospital.

He was also the founder of Asian Mirror and held many senior positions in the public and private sectors.
