Samahi Jana Balawegaya MP Dr. Harsha De Silva said his parliamentary colleague Eran Wickrenaratne has been summoned by the CID.

According to de Silva the reason for summoning Wickremaratne is the stateme the latter made about ensuring the safety of terrorist leader Zaharan Hashim's wife.

"What is there to question him? Just make sure it happens" De Silva said on Twitter.

aharan's wife was infected with COVID19 after she gave evidence before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry probing the Easter Sunday attacks.
