A group of people who were recovering from the Kandakadu Quarantine Center had stopped their bus on the way to Gampaha and had consumed alcohol.

Gampaha District Regional Health Services Director Dr. Migara Epa stated that it has been revealed that the group had been drinking and behaving in a riotous manner at the scene and inside the bus.

Dr. Migara Epa stated that he has informed the Gampaha District Secretary, senior officers of the Army and the Police about this.
