The 23rd COVID19 death was reported in Sri Lanka, a short while ago.

The victim is a 61 year-old-woman and a resident of Colombo 15.

According to a release issued by the government, she had shown COVID19 symptims such as fever, cough and breathing difficulties for a few days.

Health authorities have concluded that the woman has died due to a lung infection.
