Health Ministry said that wine and liquor shops in the country could be operated under strict guidelines while all pubs, bars, casinos, night clubs, will remain closed until October 31 due to the prevailing pandemic situation.

Accordingly, wine and liquor shops, hotels, rest houses and guest houses could be operated under strict guidelines including service providers and recipients should be restricted to less than 50 per cent of capacity.
“Betting centres, spas, pubs, bars, casinos and night clubs in the country would remain closed until October 31,” it said.
