The Elections Commission will hold a critical discussion today on holding the Parliamentary election.

The discussion will also be attended by health and military authorities involved in the joint efforts against the virus outbreak.

However, EC member Prof. Ratnajeevan Hoole has already publicised a 7-point letter explaining why he will not suport holding a Parliamentary election at this juncture.

The same letter has also been sent to the Elections Commission, chaired by Mahinda Deshapriya.
