The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka said they have a database of plumbers and electricians in each district.

Accordingly, the PUCSL said the institution will assign them based on the location, and they will have to obtain curfew passes as per provided instructions.

The PUCSL has advised the public instructed to call 1987(CEB), 1910(LECO) or 1939(NWSDB) for repairs.
