The Judicial Services Commission has suspended the services of Magistrate Dhammika Hemapala over the call recordings controversy involving MP Ranjan Ramanayake.
Hemapala was captured in a video discussing matters relating to an ongoing court case with Ramanayake.
Two other judges too are currently under probe over the "leaked" phone recordings of Ramanayake who is currently in remand.
Ramanayake will be produced before the Government Analyst for a voice test on January 23.
