The final report of the Parliamentary Select Committee probing the Easter Sunday attack is expected to be presented to Parliament next week.
The committee members have obtained statements from many parties, including President Maithripala Sirisena, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and former Ministers of Law and Order.
The PSC report will deal with a multitude of issues including the security lapses leading to the Easter Sunday explosions, root causes of Islamist extremism in Sri Lanka and the failure of Sri Lankan security forces to curb it at the nascent stage.
The official term of the PSC was extended last month allowing it to record a statement from President Maithripala Sirisena.
