Night mail trains on the upcountry railway line have been cancelled today, the Railway Department said.

Tonight's services from Colombo-Fort to Badulla and from Badulla to Colombo-Fort will not operate due to disaster incidents along the railway line caused by the severe weather.

The department also said that train services on the upcountry line will terminate at Nanu-Oya Railway Station for the second consecutive day.
