The D.A.Rajapaksa museum case against Sri Lanka Podujana Party Presidential candidate Gotabhaya Rajapaksa will be heard daily at Special High Court from October 15.

Rajapaksa's move to thwart the hearing of the case turned out to be futile today when the Supreme Court dismissed his application.

Rajapaksa and six others fhave been prosecuted or alleged misuse of Rs. 33.9 million in public funds to build the D.A. Rajapaksa Museum and Memorial in Medamulana.

The Trial-at-Bar bench comprising High Court Judges Sampath Abeykoon (President), Sampath Wijeratne and Champa Janaki Rajaratne will hear the case.
