Former Eastern Province Governor M.L.A.M. Hizbullah will testify before the Parliamentary Select Committee probing the Easter Sunday explosions tomorrow.

Former Western Province Governor Azath Salley testified before the Committee yesterday. Both Salley and Hizbullah came under pressure to reign from their positions in the wake of the hunger strike launched by Parliamentarian Athuraliye Rathana Thera.

Meanwhile, IGP Pujith Jayasundara will also appear before the committee again to give a statement, informed political sources said. President Maithripala Sirisena, however, has threatened that he will not convene the Cabinet meeting again until the sessions of the Parliamentary Select Committee are not suspended.
