The official website of the Kuwait embassy in Sri Lanka and several other web sites came under a cyber-attack earlier today, the Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team (SLCERT) said.
The organization also advised all government and key private sector institutions to adopt strict security measures to protect their websites from cyber attackers.
However, no group has so far claimed responsibility for the attacks. Over 10 websites with .com and .lk domain codes came attack this morning.
