The Colombo High Court re-issued notice on President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe to appear before court on the case involving former UNP General Secretary Tissa Attanayake.
Attanayake is charged with making fraudulent documents in the run up to the last Presidential election.
The President and the Prime Minister were noticed to appear before court on October 09 to produce evidence against the former UNP General Secretary.
Although the High Court has noticed the the President and the Prime Minister three times before, they have failed to produce evidence against the former UNP MP.
