A clash has been broken out between two groups of protesters in front of the Isurupaya building where the Education Ministry is located. 

Government teachers unions have launched  a protest in front of Isurupaya this morning over several demands. 

The clash had broken out between two unions pushing for conflicting demands. 

As a result, heavy traffic was reported in the area this morning.
