Sri Lankan spinner Jeffrey Vandersay has been sent back to the country from West Indies due to discipline concerns. 

It is learnt that the spinner has been sent home after he did not return to the team hotel after night clubbing.  

Although Vandersay was included in the squad, he has not played a single match in the series. 

This is Vandersay's first foreign tour with the Sri Lankan national cricket team after a long pause owing to an injury.

Sri Lanka has also lost the service of its senior-most spinner Rangana Herath due to an injury. 

The team management also penalized opening Batsman Dhanushka Gunathilake recently due to lack of discipline.
