The International Cricket Council appointed Michael Beloff as the Judicial Commissioner to hear Sri Lankan skipper Dinesh Chandimal's appeal.
This comes in the wake of Chandimal's appeal against the one match ban imposed on him by ICC match referee Javagal Srinath following the ball tampering allegation during the second test against West Indies.
The hearing of the appeal, according to the ICC, will take place tomorrow.
Beloff, an English barrister, is a member of Blackstone Chambers and he he practises in a number of areas including human rights and administrative law.
