Both lanes of the Southern Expressway between Kadawatha and Kaduwela will be closed between 12 noon and 4.30 P.M. today, the Road Development Authority (RDA) announced.

The RDA said the Expressway between Kadawatha and Kaduwela would be closed due to repairs on a high-tension power cable in the mentioned area.
