Former Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa arrived before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry appointed to investigate serious acts of fraud, corruption and abuse of power, at the BMICH in Colombo today.

The former Defense Secretary was summoned to make a statement relating to the inquiry into an incident at which parts of the Kankasanthurai cement factory were stripped at sold as scrap metal during the 2012-2013 period.
