Actress Meneka Maduwanthi was fined by Police after she posted a video in which she is dancing while driving with her hands off the wheel.

The actress was reportedly driving along the Expressway when she posted a video of her dancing on Facebook.

In the video she can be seen taking her hands of the wheel several times as she dances to the tunes of a popular song.
