Maithripala Sirisena's social media pages are known for their frequent blunders. During his recent visit to Malaysia, his Facebook page referred to Malaysia's Prime Minister Najib Razak as Abdul Razak.

While the Malaysian PM has an 'Abdul' in his full name, he is known as Najib Razak all over the world.

The wikipedia page of Najib Razak does give his name as Haji Mohammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak. It is not difficult to infer as to how Sirisena's Facebook administrator found the Malaysian PM's name.
