Colombo District Court today extended an injunction order till December against the winding up of the Rakna Araksha Lanka company.

The order has been given after considering a petition by Avant Garde Maritime Services company.

The order has been given on December 6. Avant Garde company says that there are agreements between the two companies and the liquidation of Rakna Lanka will cause losses to Avant Garde.

The Cabinet recently decided to liquidate Rakna Araksha Lanka.
