The Deputy Emir of Qatar Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani met at the Emiri Diwan office yesterday with the outgoing ambassador of Sri Lanka to Qatar, WM Karunadasa, The Gulf Times said.

The Deputy Emir wished the ambassador success in his future assignments and further progress and prosperity for the bilateral relations.

The ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Deputy Emir and officials in the State for the co-operation he received.
