Joint Commander of the French Forces Rear Admiral Didier Platon paid a courtesy call on the State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardene at the Ministry premises today (28th Monday, November 2016).

Ambassador of France to Sri Lanka HE Jean-Marin Schuh was also present at the occasion.

A cordial discussion was held between State Minister Wijewardene and Rear Admiral Platon on matters of mutual interests and bilateral relevance.

Mementoes were also exchanged between both officials to mark the occasion.
