A special workshop for newly elected Members of Parliament of the 10th Parliament will take place on 25, 26, and 27 November, Acting Secretary General of Parliament Chaminda Kularatne said.

The programme aims to familiarise the new MPs with parliamentary procedures, session activities, and committee operations, providing them with essential knowledge.Registration for the MPs is scheduled for 18, 19, and 20 November at the parliamentary premises, with teams of officials assigned to facilitate the process.

To ensure the smooth execution of these activities, parliamentary staff leave has been suspended from 18 to 22 November.
