The Attorney General today filed objections against the exparte granting of bail for former RADA Chairman Tiran Alles over the case where he is accused of the misappropriation of funds of Rs 200 million.

The Court of Appeals granted bail earlier this month considering a revision application by Alles, after the High Court had ordered Alles and two others to be remanded.

The Court of Appeals today fixed the hearing of the revision application for December 16.
