A CCTV video has emerged on social media which shows two individuals assaulting a schoolboy.

The incident has taken place yesterday.

The assault takes place after school has ended. A soldier, accompanying a small child, is seen leaving the incident without intervening to stop the attackers. Several others are rushing in to stop the assault.
