Chairman of  Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Party, Prof. GL Peries says Kurunegala District United People’s Freedom Alliance Parliamentarian Mahinda Rajapaksa will lead the newly formed party in the future.

Prof. Peries stated that the party is expecting the former President Mahinda Rajapaksa to lead this party forward adding that he will be it’s leader in the future.

Speaking during a media briefing held in Battaramulla today former minister GL Peries said the party is preparing for significant change in the country.
