The calls received by a friend of Wasim Thajudeen hours before his death is expected to reveal important facts regarding the murder, the CID yesterday told the Colombo Magistrate Courts.

This was said when the magisterial inquiry into the murder of Thajudeen was held before Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris.

The two suspects already in custody, former Senior DIG Anura Senanayake and former Narahenpita Crimes OIC Sumith Perera were further remanded till November 30.
