Case regarding the murder of former rugby player Wasim Thajudeen will be taken up before the Colombo Magistrate’s Court today.

Former Senior Deputy Inspector General of Police Anura Senanayake and Former Officer in Charge of the Narahenpita Crimes Unit Sumith Perera arrested and remanded over the murder of Thajudeen will be produced before court today.

The Criminal Investigations Department is also due to produce a progress report pertaining to the investigations.
