Colombo Additional Magistrate Aruni Artigalle ordered the prison superintend to bring former MP Duminda Silva to court on January 5 over three corruption cases against him.

Silva is charged in three cases filed by the Bribery Commission for not declaring assets and liabilities.

He is currently in prison after being sentenced to death for the murder of Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra.
