Colombo District Court Judge M.U. Gunawardena extended the injunction order against Prasanna Vithanage's movie 'Usaviya Nihandayi' (Silence in the Court) till tomorrow.

The case was postponed since a lawyer representing the plaintiff, Magistrate Lenin Rathnayake, could not be present at the court today due to a personal reason.

The defendants will submit their arguments on as to why the order should not be extended tomorrow.

Lenin Rathnayake, on October 5, filed a case at the District Court seeking the banning of the film, alleging that it is based on false facts and is damaging to both himself and the judiciary.
