Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka, Cabinet Minister for Regional Development said that he will be publishing a book next year regarding Eelam War IV.

In this book, he intends to focus on how the war began, how it evolved with time and how the battle ended victoriously.

Related sketches are already in the progress, he said.

Fonseka further stated that some people who have written about the war in the past have revealed confidential information and legal actions should be taken against them.
