Anunayaka of the Ramagngna Nikaya and famous Buddhist preacher Na Uyane Ariyadhamma Thera passed away at the age of 78.

He had been suffering from ill health for the past few years.

Born on April 24, 1939, He was ordained as a monk on March 27, 1957, receiving his Upasampada in 1959. He has taught meditation to monks and lay persons for forty years.

Most of his later life was spent in Na Uyana Aranyaya.
