1206 grams of cocaine was found the neighbouring garden of a house in Ragama, where 8 Nigerian nationals and two Sri Lankans arrested for alleged drug smuggling two days ago.

The cocaine stash was estimated to worth about Rs. 24 million, the Police said.

10 individuals including eight Nigerian nationals were arrested with 220 grams of cocaine, in a raid carried out by the Police Narcotic Bureau (PNB) and the Special Task Force (STF) on 1st May.
