Former Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) this morning.

Rajapaksa was summoned to the commission to record a statement over a complaint regarding the of misuse of flights carried out by the Sri Lanka Air Force.

Rajapaksa's wife Pushpa Rajapaksa was to be summoned to the commission yesterday. However, notice was not delivered to her as she was out of the country.
