A no-confidence motion against Megapolis and Western Development Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka was handed over to the Speaker with signatures of 42 MPs by the Joint Opposition today.

The Joint Opposition stated that no-confidence motion was submitted because Ranawaka was allegedly trying to elude the law in connection with the accident which left two youths injured in Rajagiriya.
