Mount Lavinia Magistrate’s Court yesterday ordered Yoshitha Rajapaksa to appear before Financial Crime Investigation Division (FCID) on a day between April 18th and 23rd.

Mount Lavinia Magistrate issued this order after taking a motion filed by the attorneys appearing on behalf of Yoshitha Rajapaksa into consideration, requesting for a separate date to appear in court.

The Magistrate had previously ordered the Rajapaksa to appear before the FCID on a day between April 4th and 9th.
