Egyptian authorities have corrected a grave mistke in identifying the suspected hijacker of the EgyptAir MS181.

The suspected hijacker is Seif El Din Mustafa, an Egyptian national. He is not Ibrahim Samaha as announced earlier.

Samaha was also in the plane. Previously named as the EgyptAir hijacker, he has told BBC that he was just a passenger.
