The Colombo High Court today summoned racing driver Dilantha Malagamuwa and two others on January 18, regarding a financial fraud involving US $ 600,000.

The Attorney-General filed indictments at Colombo High Court in December 2015 against the three individuals for allegedly cheating a Japanese, Yoshuki Nayashi, by accepting the money for the construction of a luxury apartment. The Japanese had been allegedly promised a higher return within a few months by the three accused. However, they had failed to carryout this promise.

The alleged incident took place in 2008.
