The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has apprehended an individual in Dehiwala for allegedly facilitating the travel of 120 Sri Lankans to Russia on tourist visas.
The arrest, confirmed by police sources, comes as part of an ongoing investigation into unauthorized travel arrangements.
