Forbes has unveiled its ninth annual "30 Under 30 Asia" list, recognizing 300 young leaders and innovators across the Asia-Pacific region who are making significant impacts in their fields. This year's list includes Sri Lankan-born actress and filmmaker Dinara Punchihewa, celebrated for her contributions to the entertainment industry.
Punchihewa emerged on the scene in 2018 with her short film "Maala," which garnered international attention and led to her role in the acclaimed film "Gaadi - Children of the Sun." A graduate of Queen Mary University of London, she also founded Punchi Actors, a nonprofit aimed at introducing children from low-income families to theater and acting.
