Sri Lanka Parliament is likely to limit its sessions due to the unexpected spike in COVID19 cases.
A source familiar with the matter said Parliament would only meet once next week in strict adherence to health guidelines.
However, a spokesman for the Parliamentary Affairs Committee told media hat the final decision woudl be taken at the committee meeting which is scheduled to take place at 9.30 am tomorrow.
The next sitting of Parliament was originally scheduled to take place from the 4th to the 7th of next month
