Former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has left the Police Unit of the Presidential Commission of Investigation probing Easter Sunday attacks after giving a statement for almost 04 hours.

Wickremesinghe appeared before the commission this morning to give his statement. UNP General Secretary and former Minister Akila Viraj Kariyawasam was also summoned to the commission today.

The PCOI has already recorded a statement from former President Maithripala Sirisena on the same matter.
