Former Deputy Minister and former SLFP Vice Chairman Vinayamamoorthy Muralidaran aka Karuna Amman has made an alarming statement saying he is more dangerous than the Corona virus.

"Corona only killed 09 people. But we killed nearly 2000-3000 Army soldiers in Elephant Pass in a single day," he said. addressing an election meeting.

He also said similar acts were committed in other parts of the conflict zones as well.

"This time, the Prime Minister spoke to me and offered a national list seat. He said I did not have to run for an election."

"But I insisted that I would contest and come to him with a strong mandate from my people," he added.
