Addressing the press, the Army Commander said the government and heads of institutions had arrived at an understanding on how to proceed after reopening of the economy.
"Although work will resume tomorrow, we will not allow a massive influx of people into the road. Struct measures will be adopted for social distancing," Silva said.
He also added that only one-third of staff will be allowed in offices.
