The latest update brings the total confirmed COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka to 690.

Meanwhile, 2 deaths have also reported from a quarantine camp, health authorities confirmed.

They added PCR test results of the two individuals were yet to come. However, they also stated that the deceased were "very old homeless individuals" who were not in good health.
